Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Anchored on Shore processes, ships, and delivers orders.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 3-5 business days of being placed. Preorder items follow the separate timeline below. During busy periods or for made-to-order items, processing may take a little longer - we will let you know if that's the case.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on orders of $70 or more; all other orders ship for a flat rate of $8. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Preorder & Coming Soon Items

Items marked "Preorder" are available to purchase now and ship on November 6, 2026. You'll be charged when you place your order, and we'll email you tracking information as soon as your order ships. Our store officially opens on November 1, 2026, and preorders end when it opens. Items marked "Coming Soon" are not yet available to purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us at anchoredonshore@gmail.com and we'll help sort it out.
